As I reflect on the Year of Possible, I am in awe of all that I got to witness this year with my clients. I watched as folks:

• stepped more authentically into their leadership

• bravely moved to new places

• started their creative practices

• presented more confidently at the front of the room

• set clearer boundaries

• learned how to ask and to receive

• communicated more meaningfully with colleagues and loved ones

• navigated unexpected job loss and inevitable job change

   

I also got to be there with folks who aren’t even sure what they are looking for, just yet, but something deep inside them says “it’s not this.”

Folks who aren’t sure if they are worthy of new possibilities or have the capacity to pursue them, but have decided anyway that maybe it’s ok to look around a little and find out for sure.

(Spoiler alert: They are and they do.❤️)

There is also one metric from 2025 that I am especially proud of:

This year, 46% of new enrollments into my programs were referrals, and another 46% were returning clients.

The absolute BEST part of my job is the unique and distinct privilege of getting to know each person I work with and helping them get closer to the version of themselves they want to be.

The most important (and amazing, and beautiful, and fun) thing I get to do is be an impartial, loving, nonjudgmental witness to each person’s experience — and support them in choosing the tools and paths that feel right for them.

Professional coaching isn’t about fixing people’s problems or pushing them toward what I think is right. It’s about helping people connect to their own inner confidence, agency and sovereignty so they can move through their lives in ways that feel aligned with who they truly are.

What I truly get to do is walk alongside people — not to tell them what to do, but to create the conditions for them to choose their own tools, their own pace, and their own direction.

Does that mean I have no opinions? No.

Does that mean I get it all right all of the time? Uh..definitely, no.

What I’m most proud of with this metric, though, is that it implies that this is a safe and trustworthy place to explore the deep, messy, and incredibly vulnerable experience of being a complex human in this complex world.

This metric is also another piece of evidence that possibility grows in relationship—not isolation. And if you’re reading this, it means that you are part of this community, and—whether you know it or not—you are directly contributing to making impossible things possible for all of us who are here.
