Ways we can work together
Happy summer!
Time is flying, as usual, and it is a bit disorienting that it’s already August. (It’s not just me, right?)
I hope you’ve been able to find at least a few moments of quiet, rest, curiosity, or space for yourself. And if not, here’s your gentle reminder to check in with yourself… and a permission slip if you need it.
As for me, outside the studio, between rescuing my tomato plants from what has felt like an endless Upstate New York monsoon season and learning how to trap shoot (#northcountrythings), I’ve been regularly reminded of how the conditions we’re in shape how we show up in ways we don’t always realize at first. The more I pay attention, the more I notice connections that I would have missed before. There are lessons everywhere when we get curious.
I’ve been bringing that same curiosity into the studio, too.
I’ve had the opportunity to continue coaching leaders from a variety of industries and organizations, deeply enjoyed working again with returning clients, and have been super honored to welcome new clients who were guided to me through referrals. Your trust in me never stops feeling like a gift, and I’m infinitely grateful.
This spring/summer, I also had the chance to facilitate workshops with the University at Albany and SUNY Adirondack, while also continuing leadership development work with the New York Power Authority. (And…remember? Anything is possible.)
Behind the scenes, I’ve been developing a new public workshop called Making Sense of How We Show Up. It took me a long time to figure out what kind of public workshops I wanted to offer. After much exploration, I finally figured it out and I’m suuuuper excited. It merges together many of the ideas we’ve been exploring through coaching as well as these recent essays. (More details below.)
One of the things that feels the most grounding and joyful about this year is that I’m finally trusting my own voice in this work. It’s been incredibly confidence-building to trust my curiosity and then watch which themes emerge.
Communication is the space where relationships happen. Voice is a tool.
I’ve loved giving myself permission to explore the fullness and complexity of how we show up in our lives, rather than flattening myself into labels like ‘voice coach’, which always felt too small for the work.
A whole-hearted thank you to everyone who continues to stay on this journey, reading these posts, sitting in your thoughts, asking questions, and sharing your own reflections and experiences. Not only do our conversations keep me excited, but they also shape the work in ways you probably don’t even realize.
We can’t do this type of personal growth work in isolation.
So, truly…thank you for being here.

🌳 Not sure what fits?
Whether it’s one conversation, a workshop, ongoing coaching, or some new type of experience we create together, I’m happy to help you find or design the right fit.
And if cost is the thing standing in the way, please don’t let that stop you from reaching out. Let’s talk and see if there’s a way to make it work.
*One last quick reminder…
Many employers offer professional development or learning benefits that often go unused.
If your organization provides a learning, leadership development, or education reimbursement benefit, this is a great time to check what’s available. Very often coaching and workshops often qualify. I’m always happy to help you navigate the process with your employer or provide documentation if it’s helpful.
That’s all for now. I love you guys. Seriously. I look forward to hearing from you! ❤️
